Dr. Stacey Franklin Jones, an advisory Senior Vice President for Corporate Development for ProTech Global Solutions (PGS), has a unique background that allows her to help PGS tackle a variety of challenging issues. A magna cum laude graduate of Howard University and an honors graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Stacey Franklin Jones earned her doctorate in computer science from George Washington University. Additionally, she has completed the Management Development Program at Harvard University and the Hampton University Executive Leadership Program.

In the field of higher education, Dr. Stacey Franklin Jones is known for her expertise in skillfully handling projects relating to curriculum development, science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) awareness, campus information technology infrastructure, and accreditation reaffirmation. Dr. Jones has taught mathematics, computer science, software engineering, and technical management on the undergraduate and graduate levels. Her administrative experience in the higher education field includes holding positions as Provost, Dean, Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Academic Department Chair. She has also engaged in educational and scholarly activities in China, Cuba, India, and South Africa.

In addition to her academic accomplishments, Dr. Jones has 18 years of experience in providing technical and engineering contract support and grant performance for government agencies such as the United States Air Force, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), National Science Foundation (NSF) and the National Security Agency (NSA). During her time at the Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Dr. Jones worked on various defense classified projects.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Stacey Franklin Jones has received several awards and honors. In 2007, she was presented with the South Carolina Governor’s Award for Excellence in Scientific Awareness. From 2005 to 2006, she was a Bush Foundation Grant Recipient and an American Council on Education (ACE) Fellow.
